INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION INDEX - is calculated in accordance with international standards in this area according to the Procedure, approved by the order of the State Statistics Committee No. 244 dated August 2, 2005, (as amended by the order of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine No. 91 dated March 14, 2013). Calculation of the index is based on the data about the dynamics of production by a constant set of representative goods (product-representatives) and the structure of gross value added for the base year. Beginning in 2013 the index has been calculated by the types of activity in sections "B", "C", "D" (except group 35.3) according to the Classification of Types of Economic Activities (SC 009:2010). Base year for data for the years starting from 2020 is 2016. SOLD PRODUCTION (GOODS,SERVICES) OF INDUSTRY - is determined by the sale price of the shipped finished products (goods, services), which is stated in the executed documents as the basis for settlement with the buyers (customers) (including products (goods, services) under a barter contract). Data on volumes of sales by types of industrial activity are formed by homogeneous products. Annual data on volumes of products sold according to the results of the structural survey of enterprises are formed net of value added tax (VAT), short-term (based on monthly reports) - net of indirect taxes (VAT, excise duty, etc.). PRODUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS - is shown in gross output of products, that is, together with products used for further processing within the same enterprise and for their own use. Data on the production of products have been provided by the Nomenclature of Industrial Products, which is harmonized with the Statistical Classification of Products by Activity in the European Economic Community (CPA), is based on the PRODCOM List and takes into account the provisions on energy statistics.
