TOTAL DETECTED CRIMES TOTAL IDENTIFIED PERSONS WHO COMMITTED CRIMES( NUMBER OF OFFENDERS) - data is provided by territorial divisions of law enforcement agencies on the basis of the facts of official registration of crimes committed, as well as persons who committed them. NUMBER OF CONVICTED PERSONS - is provided on the basis of the facts of official registration of the number of convicted persons by the territorial courts of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. NUMBER OF PERSONS BROUGHT TO ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY - is provided on the basis of the state statistical survey on the facts of official registration of administrative offenses by territorial bodies authorized to consider cases under the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses NUMBER OF CIVIL CASES CONSIDERED BY COURTS (WITH THE ADOPTION OF A COURT DECISION) - is provided on the basis of the facts of official registration of civil cases by territorial courts of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. NUMBER OF FIRES - data is provided on the basis of the actual state of official registration of fire incidents by territorial units of State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
