Lviv region in figures

Overview

At the beginning of 2021 in the Lviv region, according to the Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Lviv Regional State Administration, there were 1262 public and specialized libraries.
820,9 thousand readers used the services of libraries, to which 12,8 million copies of publications were provided in 2020.
In 2020, 230 thousand people provided services in collective accommodation establishments, which is 2,3 times less than in 2019. Among those placed were 20,9 thousand foreigners.
100,8 thousand tourists used the services of travel agencies in Lviv region, of which 76,1% were outbound tourists, 23,5% were domestic tourists, 0,4% were foreigners.
