Overview
- In 2020, enterprises, institutions and the population of the region used 3,0 million tonnes of primary fuels and products of their processing in conventional terms, including 1236,0 million m3 of natural gas, 1023,4 thousand tonnes of coal, 278,7 thousand tonnes of gas oils, 96,1 thousand tonnes of gasoline, 59,1 thousand tonnes of propane and liquefied butane.
- Compared to 2019, the use of hard coal decreased by 13,5%, of motor gasoline by 4,6%, of natural gas by 7,6%, and gas oils by 19,5%. At the same time, the use of propane and liquefied butane increased by 13,1%.
- Enterprises and organizations of the region in 2020 used 1804,3 thousand Gcal of heat, 2302,9 million kWh of electricity. Compared to 2019, electricity consumption in the region decreased by 9,3%, of heat increased by 1,2%.
